Because everything needed a change...

I have made bagels before. Mostly of the everything variety (poppy seed, garlic, onion, salt, etc). Nothing else seemed like a good idea until now. Introducing, the jalapeño cheddar mini bagel!

I used to always order these at my local bagel shop. It didn't seem possible in the vegan world. But now Daiya makes a melty, cheddary, salty version of my favorite cheese. And I always love a way to insert the spicey jalapeño into a meal.
Don't be fooled by their lack of golden doneness (the lighting did something weird): They are pretty fantastic.

Oh... and I made some everything bagels, too.
